Dr. Christine M. Long
Veterinarian & Owner

Positivity and unstoppable drive are what Dr. Long brings to Pineview. A local girl graduating from West Columbus high school and native of Chadbourn, Dr. Long is dedicated to giving back to her community. Following the completion of high school, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University, where she then continued on to complete her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Long is very passionate about preventative healthcare in all species and theriogenology as well as business management. As a veterinarian and the owner of Pineview, she enjoys attending local FFA and 4-H events and local cattlemen’s and horseman’s association meetings. Above all else, God and family are her number one priorities. Teaching Sunday School at Beaverdam Original Freewill Baptist Church and spending time with her husband, Dustin as well as her twin children Keylin and Derek and baby girl Ella are her favorite hobbies.
Dr. Aimee Sink
Veterinarian
Compassion, hard work, and an outstanding good attitude is what Dr. Sink brings to the table at Pineview. Originally from Lexington, NC, She joined us in 2021 after completing veterinary school at North Carolina State University. She has particular passion for dairy cattle, equine dentistry, and small animal reproduction. Outside of work, Dr. Sink can often be found showing her American Foxhounds across the Unites States at field trials and AKC conformation shows.

Hard working, passion, and relatability are what Dr. Hewett brings to the table at Pineview. Dr.Hewett grew up in Holden Beach on a shrimp boat. Her family currently resides in Bolivia, NC where they run Honalee Stables. She joined Pineview in 2022 after completing Veterinary school at North Carolina State University. Dr. Hewett is very passionate about equine lameness and podiatry as well as canine and equine sports medicine. In her free time you can find Dr. Hewett riding her horse, running her American Foxhounds, or playing the guitar.

Donna P. Jacobs
Receptionist
Donna grew up in Wilmington, NC and after serving in the US Navy, settled in Columbus County. She came to work at Pineview in 2002 and has continued to be the "spinal cord" that holds everything together. In her spare time, Donna enjoys showing Johnathon, the American Foxhound, her horse Wicked Wanda, and spoiling her absolutely precious granddaughter Anna B.

Pineview Veterinary Hospital has been providing large animal veterinary in Bolton, NC since 2002. We have an enthusiastic and caring team, ready to respond to the growing needs of our community and their beloved animals. Our professional team of experts are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve the diverse needs of our clients. We provide veterinary services to horses, cattle, small ruminants, and pigs other livestock species as well as dog, cats and other small animals. Anna is a graduate of Redlands Community College El Reno, Oklahoma with a AAS degree in Animal Science with emphasis in Equine Studies and Certificate in Farm and Ranch Management. Running a small farm in Delco with her wife, they have housed a plethora of assorted animals including horses and donkey, goats, chickens, barn kitties and of course farm dogs. Anna was in the Strategic Airlift Command of the U.S. Air Force. Anna's passion first and foremost is horses. So it's only fitting that the opportunity to work at Pineview came along because she absolutely loves it! How many people can say their job is to hold baby goats?
